On September 14th, I had the privilege of doing a photo shoot in Denver, Colorado with the incredible Anita Lee, a fitness professional whose energy could light up the Rockies. We shot right at her home, a space that perfectly reflected her vibe: disciplined, bright, and full of life. Anita was confident, easy to direct, and constantly moving with a natural rhythm that made every frame work. It was one of those shoots where the creative flow just never stopped.
What blew my mind is that Anita is a mother of five children. You’d never guess it by her strength, presence, and the way she carries herself. She manages to maintain a physique and mindset that most people struggle to achieve with far fewer responsibilities. Her dedication is nothing short of inspiring.
The session captured both strength and elegance, a perfect reflection of who she is. We worked with natural light to highlight her energy and focus. Every pose showed a balance of discipline and grace that comes from years of hard work. By the end, I knew these shots were something special.
