Here’s my interview that tells a bit of how it all began with me, and what I’ve been doing. I pushed myself so hard on my first legs training day, it was hard to walk the rest of the week! I still train by separating my muscle groups into different days, and I tailor my cardio sessions to fit in with my day rather than forming my day around my cardio sessions. I have a lot of flexibility in my workouts now, and I really try to listen to my body.”
It definitely was awesome to see all of my clients come out and get a photo shoot done for them and their families.
